At CraftsModa, we promise to deliver high-quality products in each supply and go through a strict quality check process to ensure the perfect item to be delivered.

 Still, if you wish to return or exchange order because of dissimilarity in product specifications or dissatisfaction.

 Note: Make sure purchased products are not used, not washed, and damaged or without a label as it can be difficult to make the process and cancel return or exchange.

The colors of fabric shown in the picture may differ from the original product color. It can be possible due to weather and light

Also, you have to Rs.100 (courier charges or if the product is open) at the time of return or exchange.

Notify us about the damage or other concern within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

Refund

The customer shall get an appropriate refund against the returned product.

Due to Covid-19 pickup from your doorstep is not available currently. In such a situation, you may have to drop your package to the nearby center.

Share the scanned receipt via mail or WhatsApp, according to that transaction will be processed.

You will get your refund in your respective accounts.
